Achieving consistent motion tracking accuracy across different input devices including smartphone cameras, controllers, and camera-based sensors.

Maintaining sub-16ms input latency for responsive gameplay feel while processing complex motion data in real-time.

Scoring system needed to be fair yet forgiving, accommodating different skill levels while maintaining competitive integrity.
